Hi to all Augustos out there. I'm Augusto by birth (dad's last name). I was also born in Argentina in the City of Rosario and my Dad was born in Córdoba. He was the oldest son on José Augusto who was only son to Rosendo Augusto. I think that his Father and his siblings came from Italy and some established in Argentina and others in Brazil.
I personally grew up in Southern California, USA and moved back to Argentina in 1981 but currently am living in California with my family.
This is exciting!!

Italiano suponemos que llego por Argentina, debe haber nacido aproximadamente en 1865. Por algunas cartas que hemos encontrado sabemos que el tuvo 2 hermanos en Argentina Santiago y Maria y en Peru otro hermano Pedro (Pietro)
A ver si entre los dos podemos encontrar alguna informacion

im not sure maybe not all we know is that my grandfather ran away from puertigo not aure why and his name maybe santos alexio....please email me @ kauaigirl200@yahoo.com....i know there was one sister and his brother caesar....we are not sure of anyother siblings. where are you from? is augusto your mother or fathers side of the family? do you still have augusto family with that last name living? we only have my aunty mary and her son wayne that has no children....his 2 sisters are married with there fathers last name and the other sister is not into men so no children there hahahaha hope to hear from you soon:-)

Thank you for getting in contact with me. My GGgrandfather was born c 1823 in Pernambuco Brazil. He appears in Australia in 1855 and says on his marriage certificate that he was a widow (name unknown) with 2 children living and one dead. The children were Earl Maurice b. c 1850 and Charlotte b. c 1852. The other child we believe was named Caesar. Does this fit in with your grandfathers' brother Caesar AUGUSTO? I would like to hear from you again and see if any details fit or not.

my grandfathers brother was named caesar augusto and married to marie but we call her mary. they had 1son and 3 daughters

´m Augusto too!!, i was born in Piura Peru...
My fourth grandfather Giusseppe Augusto ( Augustti, Augusti, Giustti) was born in Italy about 1860.

He married Ma. Cruz Yarleque en Catacaos Piura Peru.

Their son: Gaspar, Baltasar and Flora Maria Augusto Yarleque.

He was dead in Quezaltenango Guatemala.

We are a big family in Peru

My GGgrandfather Caesar AUGUSTUS was born in Pernambuco Brazil in @1818. It was suggested to me that he may have changed his name from AUGUSTO to AUGUSTUS when he came out to Australia in 1854. He was widowed and had 3 children before he came here on his own. If you have some one by this name in your family from this time please contact me.
