August Augustsson (Augustson - Eringsboda, Ronneby, Tving?

Recently learned this Augustsson (Augustson) family was from Tving, Blekinge, Sweden, not Karlskrona. Their children: Carl Olaf, Peter Elor, Johanna Matilda, Hilda Sofia, Johan Alfred and Victor (Wictor)were born in Tving parish. I have their dates of birth, but would like to learn more about the parents. August Augustsson may have been born in Eringsboda, Ronneby, Sweden on Feb. 2, 1837, but I haven't confirmed that, or learned who his parents were. Any help would be appreciated.

Update: Looking for information about August Augustson, born Feb. 2, 1840 in Ronneby,or Eringsboda,Blekinge County, Sweden. He married Sissa (Cissa)Peterson (Pehrsdotter, Persdotter)born June 2, 1837 Brakne-Hoby, Blekinge, Sweden. Marriage about 1863 in Sweden. Her parents may have been Cissa Olasdotter and Pehr Hansson, but I have not confirmed this.

August's father may have been a member of the Swedish parliment circa 1860, but I've been unable to confirm this.

Hi!

I lost contact with Shawn Augustson a year ago, but we are both looking for, what might be your great great grandfather, Adolf Augustson. Maybe you know more about Adolf and maybe he is the same Adolf that I am looking for! Adolf Augustsson was my grandmothers father and he emigrated to America in 1911 and disappeared in 1913. Shawn and I was discussing possibilities of compare facts to see if it is the same person we are looking for.

Do you by any chance know any more details of your great grandfather Orson Crouch's father? I would be very happy to get an answer to if this mysterious Adolf, related to Shawn and you, also is my great great grandfather!

I have made a thourough research of my swedish ancestors and I have now come to Hulda Carlsson and Johan Oscar Carlsson.
Hulda Carlson (Eng. spelling) was born on July 1878 in Adelöv parish and emigrated in 1895 to the US. She married Oscar Augustson and got five children: Mildred, Walter, Roy, Gustaf (Gus) and Leonard (Len). One person has submitted a full desription of their descendants. This can be seen if one makes a search for ”Oscar Augustson” under OneWorldTree.
I would be very glad to get in contact with the person who made this valuable contribution or anyone else who is interested in the same field.

Johan Oscar Carlsson, often called John Carlson, was born on December 14 1866 in Lommaryd parish and emigrated to the US in 1886. According to several censuses his wife was Sophia (born Jan 1858) and they got three daughters: Esther (born Sept. 1889), Edna (born Feb. 1893) and Lillie (born Nov 1895). Lillie married Emil Shogren and they got three daughters: Lillian (born abt 1920), Jean (born abt 1924) and Lillie (born abt 1926). This is all I know about this branch.
I would appreciate any contribution!

By chance I happened to see a message here from Shawn Augustson, posted in the year 2000... Hope to get in touch with you this way and by e-mail. You were looking for information about your greatgreat grandfather, Adolf Augustsson from Sweden. My greatgreat grandfather was a man with that name! He was born in Mörrum, Sweden 24 June 1881 and emigrated to America and arrived in NY 11 May 1911 on SS Adriatic. We know for sure that he was in Chicago late 1912-1913 but then he disappeared. It would be very goo to know if this is the same Adolf that you are talking about, Shawn! In that case - we're realtives!
If anyone else know anything about this Adolf I am happy to get to know that!

I have been wandering thru the Ancestry.com message board and came across your entries on Joseph Reuben Augustson. He is my grandfather's brother and we have lost contact with anyone in his family, I just found Elinor Augustson (wife of Gorden Russell ) and if you are the daughter of Carmin, we need to get together.
