Sorry Sara but I had no relatives by those names. There was a man in St. Catherines that I visited once that was an Augustus. Although your name is quite rare he felt his line came from Quebec Provence. My line begins with James Augustus b. 1776. He came to Prince Edward County, Ontario in the very late 1790's. He was married in Hempstead, New York in 1795. His first son was my ancestor (Gideon Augustus), and he was born in Picton, Ontario in 1800. If we connect GREAT. Please let me know.
