Yes, my reading of the 1901 census suggests that the 'Stredley, Berkshire, given as a birthplace for Francis Aveling, is someone's reading of the census taker's version of 'Sheatley, Berkshire'. Which fits my information about the Aveling family George and Jane (Pearce), who raised a batch of children in Streatley, Birkshire, including Francis, born about 1850, and my partner's ancestor, Henry, who as an adult lived in 42 Tylvey Rd,Bromley, just around the corner from Waldo street, until he took his family to Austraiia shortly after the 1881 census. Every thing points to Henry and Francis being brothers and neighbours and work partners - plasterers and small builders - before that. The source of my information on Frank and family is a descendant on that side of the family, Jan Hurst,
