DNA PROJECT

Classification: Query
Surnames: Everett, Everard, Everitt, Evered, Evarit, Avered, Avery
Hi again, Please read and respond,
I write this hoping all who read this have a direct male Everett family member and would please consider contributing your families DNA profile to The Everett Surname Project. NO MATTER HOW YOUR SURNAME IS SPELLED. Everett, Everard, Everitt, Evert, Evart, Evered, Evarit. Many variations beginning with A as well. The test is simple and painless, and cost is minimal for Project Tests. Heading it up is Craig Everett. This is being done thru the Univ of AZ. For more info go to:

I got my Dad got involved about a year ago and at that time he became a 10/12 match with a Gentleman name Ken Everard from NJ. I am hopeful about getting interest up to find a 12/12 match for my Dad soon as he is getting up in years and health quite bad. This past weekend Craig sent an email to let me know there has been a few more tests going thru the lab and that one he had just received was an 11/12 match not only for my dad but for Ken as well.

Now my question to you is:
Do you know if one of the males in your Everett line has contributed to the Everett Surname Project? If you aren't sure, please consider doing it right away yourself if possible.

If you know for sure your family has a profile already in the project, then please consider looking up a family of Everetts that you may not know and asking them to join in..

If you are low income and need some help with the small cost, have everyone in the family pay a few dollars. You will no doubt share the information with them, so they should have no problem helping on something this important.
Thanks,
Melody
