My father Edwin Ernest Aves was born 19th Feb1909 in Wandsworth South London, England. His mother was Selina Emma Ethelbergen or berger who where lace makes from Norwich, I do not know my Grandfathers first name but he died during WWII, around 70. There were 5 children, Frederick, Albert, Edwin, Galdys and Marion.The father's parents had both died by the time he was 14 and he was looked after by an aunt, I believe he had a sister but I am not sure.
