I have very little to go on regarding George Avis: His was married to my grandmother in 1906, probably in Calgary but maybe in Vancouver. My mother was born in April of '07 --George divorced my grandmother shortly afterward. I do know that he had two sisters living in Calgary and that one was named Ethyl...That's it...
