I have a copy of a letter written by Walter Avis to his brother John in 1970. Walter had a sister by the name of Rose Annie who married a Alfred Parsons.They had a son Bernard Avis Parsons who married a Gladys Strong. I have been in touch with their son, Christopher Parsons who retired about 2 years ago and was going to do some George Avis research for me, but has some health problems and may not be able to do any research before this winter.

Have you by chance located any family information on the Walter Avis?
