I think you're right that Rhoda's husband was a son of Isaac Bell I. I've seen a listing of his many children that included an Isaac, so maybe she was married to this Isaac.
I found an Isaac Bell who married a Mary Sharp in 1727 in Gloucester County. The location is not where I expected to find Isaac, but that marriage date makes a lot more sense and allows for him to easily have had the 14 or so children he is supposed to have had. I'm trying to research this couple now.
