Looking for more information on H.E. Baack descendants/ancestors. I'm documenting the tree here:

http://www.thevalleyfamily.org/getperson.php?personID=I60106...

I've only got his parents' names because they're listed as such on his birth certificate. Any help would be appreciated.

August BAAK and Sophia KOCH Wedding Photo

I just found a photo of August Baak and Sophia Koch after their wedding. The picture has writing on the back that states that it was taken in England while the couple were on their way from Germany to Chicago, IL. I believe it was taken sometime before 1872.

If anyone would like me to email the picture to them, just post here or email me at kimberlyeknowlton1984@yahoo.com

My grandfather, George P. Baack, was born in Lehe, Germany in 1897. My greatgrandfather, Henry Baack, was also born in Lehe, Germany. My greatgrandmother was Mary F__stert(can't read maiden name, looks like Frastert or Fastert). I seem to remember the name Hugo Baack. I think he lived in CA. My father was Francis Henry Baack. Dorothy Baack was at his wedding to my mother, Jean Augusta Decker. Any info on my line would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While searching for my father's Baack ancestors 15 years ago, some wonderful folks from the Klemme, Iowa area dictated, from memory, a list of descendents of Wilhelm Friedrick Baack. Some I have verified, many I have not, but I would love to share it with anyone interested.
