Update for folks who see this.

I, the the help of Elton Jr, has successfully located my husband's father and brother(Elton Jr) and they will be reuniting very very soon.

This is so exciting and want to thank ancestry.com for providing it's members with various ways to find lost loved ones and/or information on generations of family members.

And for those wondering, this was all done with a free account. No money spent.
