Surnames: Babcock
Looking for help from someone who might have access to the Stephen Babcock book.
Looking for ancestors/descendants of John Read Babcock b.1788 and brother (?) James b. 1770. Both listed in The History of Stonington CT and, I believe, in the Stephen Babcock book, Vol 6, pg 287 (according to Ancestry).
The Stonington CT book is a little vague on page 217 as to the the parentage of these two and doesn't show their descendants either.
