Hello, this is very exciting. I checked the location name, there are different variations of it: Нижнє Солотвино, Нижная Солотвина, Nižná Slatina, Solotvina, Alsószlatina. It's a village in the Uzhhorod region that has 836 people. The reason it has so many names is bec. it's located in a spot where different cultures crossed - Slovak, Ukrainian, Hungarian, even some German and Polish...
Ruski Komarivtsi is a larger village, I think Solotvina might be a part of it.
BTW, there is a famous Slovak opera singer named Martin Babjak:

Especially bec. there was such a big migration there last century. But still, it's very exciting you at least have a birth certificate of your gr-gr-gr father!
(I guess we should start some Babyak fan club, who knows, it might be interesting to meet each other:)))
