Otto Backer of Colony died Saturday leaving no known heirs to inherit his four fine farms stocked with good grades of cattle and horses. He came to America from Germany early in life and knew nothing of his ancestors. When he came to die he called in a passing neighbor, Stuart Humberger, and had a will written, leaving his property to his heirs if they could be found.
Mr. Backer was left an orphan early in life and had often expressed a wish to found an orphan asylum in Oklahoma, but his will contains no such clause,
