My grandfather's name was Angelo Badami. He was born in Alessandria della Rocca, province of Agrigento, Sicily. A cousin in Sicily gave me the family tree going back three generations before him. I know of no other cousins except the ones in Alessandria. This cousin there told me a branch of the Badami's came from Musolmeri and Portello del Mare, both in Palermo province from which our branch later migrated to the Agrigento province. I do not know of any relatives from Corleone. My grandfather emigrated to New York in 1913. He was born in 1893, and he died in 1980.
