DENISON -- Graveside services for Curtis Lee Tucker, 87, of Denison will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2004, at the Chapel On The Hill Mausoleum. He died Wednesday, January 7, 2004, at Texoma Health Care.
Chaplain Marti Mattner will officiate, with burial to follow at Cedarlawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Tucker was born on April 3, 1916, in Kaufman County, son of Elijah Milton and Vidella Davidson Tucker. He married Myrtle Long on Dec. 24, 1937, in Dallas, Texas. She preceded him in death on Sept. 9, 2000.
Mr. Tucker was a self-employed business owner, owning Tucker's Golf Carts in Denison. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a Baptist.
Surviving are his daughter, Martha Sue Tucker of Del Rio, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Kathey and Jim Follett of Sherman, Texas; grandchildren, Jennifer Follett of Sherman, Sam Follett of Lubbock, and Robert Baecht, James Baecht, John Baecht and Michael Baecht, all of the Denison area; and many great-grandchildren.
Johnson-Moore Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
