Where in central WI did your Baierl's settle?

I would like any info on John Baierl and the family he left behind in Baveria, around 1881. He settled in New Brunswick, N.J. and ran a hotel and bar. He is our ggrandfather.He was born arond 1859 or 1860.

Very interesting because my great grandpa, Fred Baierl also left Baveria in or around 1880's and set up a bar in central Wis. His brother, Joseph Baierl also ran a hotel and bar nearby. There are still letters, "BAIERL's HOTEL" faintly seen on the side of the building almost 100 years old! Good luck in your search!
