Classification: Query
Surnames: Bainbridge, Graham, Zink, Rhodes, Mabin
George Bainbridge was born about 1804 in England. He married Jane Graham Zink and had Robert, Louisa or Lewis, Elizabeth or Eliza, and Calwin/vin or Forman Bainbridge.
Robert died in 1863 and is buried in Dunn's Chapel Cemetery,Union, Highland, Ohio, at age 18 years and 6 months.
Louisa or Lewis was born about 1846 in Highland County,Ohio. One census the sex is male and one female; so not sure of name, as both were used.
Calwin,Calvin or Forman was born about 1849 in Highland
County, Ohio. Both names were used on the censuses.
Elizabeth was born about 1848 and I thought she was married to a Rhodes, but it appears she must be the Eliza married to John Mabin. The 1880 census does not show the first
name of the mother-in-law, so wonder if I now have the correct lady. As William H. Rhodes married in 1869 to
an Elizabeth Elenore Bainbrigh. While the Eliza M.
Bainbridge married in 1867 to John A. Mabin.
George Bainbridge died 9 March 1876 in Highland County, Ohio. (his step children were Nelson, William and Mary J.
Zink).
Can anyone clear up the facts about the Bainbridge children?
Thanks
