William F BALDWIN was the fifth child of Thomas* and Sarah Anna/Annie STONEBRAKER BALDWIN. He born about 1839, probably in Montgomery Co, IN. He was a child when the family moved to IL, eventually settling in southern Sangamon County in the vicinity of Thayer, where his parents are buried. [* This Thomas was the first child of Wm A & Amy CROOKS BALDWIN.]

Wm F married Margaret HENSLEY in Sangamon Co, IL, on 10 May 1865.
