I am looking for Paul Bals, son of Pauline Revere and Peter Bals. He is first cousin to my late husband, whose mother was Pauline's older sister. He would be about 74-75 and his last known address to the family was 1218 Wheeler Ave. Bronx, NY. If you have any information about his whereabouts, I would appreciate hearing from him as I would like to inform him about a death in the family. Thank you . Marie Dwyer

Hi all,
My father was born as Pieter Bals in june 1932, His brother Freek Bals died a couple of years ago. His Father has been born in Rotterdam but brought up by an uncle therefor no parent information, his name: Robert Bals. He was married to Gerdina van Hartingsveld and lived most of the time in and around Utrecht. I am looking for some family history. I know that during the first world war two brothers in Utrecht seperated, one fought for the germans and the second for England, I met people with same name in Belgium, and France. I wonder what happened with my granddads parents.
If there 's anyone willing to help, thanks in advance.

That is our Paul - But if Peter Bals was your mother's cousin - then you and I are on second cousins. What was your Mother's maiden name? Both my Aunt Jeanette and Uncle George are still alive.
