I have a photograph of "Agnes Balthazor", which I would like to get back to family members. Agnes is about age 20, and the photo was taken in the early 1900s (1925-1935+or-), in New London, WI. I see New London is on the Waupaca/Outagamie Co. line. I researched Agnes and one by that name appears in the 1930 Racine Co., WI census as age 16; another (Agnes A.) is shown in SSDI as being born Sep 1902; and yet a third (Agnes Eva) was born Aug 1903. I do not know which one is the one in the photo, but if you would recognize the Agnes in your family and if she lived anywhere near New London, WI, I would be glad to scan the photo for you.
