I am trying to find information on Judy Baltrup that was mentioned in the will of Philip Buckner dated 21 November 1699 in Stafford county, VA.
He leaves her a mare Bonny and her colt, one great feather bed, one old gold ring to be kept in her godfathers hands until the day of marriage comes, two brass kettles one great and one little, a copper skillet, one pewter candlestick, the rest are at her brother's and all her mother's wearing clothes in general of what sort soever that shall be found in my custody.
How were they acquainted or related? Who was her brother? Why did Philip Buckner have some of her mothers wearing clothes in his custody?
