Trying to locate the next-of-kin of SGT Elwyn L. HARGRAVE, Corsicana, TX, a U.S. Army Military Policeman killed in the line of duty at Fort Bragg, NC in Aug 1941.

SGT HARGRAVE has been nominated to have his name inscribed on the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial (NLEOM) in Washington, DC in honor of his sacrifice. You can go to the following website for information regarding the NLEOM -- www.nleomf.org – or just Google “NLEOM”. The NLEOM staff makes every effort to contact the next-of-kin to ensure the accuracy of a fallen officer’s information and they invite any surviving family members to attend the annual dedication ceremony each May during National Police Week.

SGT HARGRAVE 's known relatives are his parents -- McAllister HARGRAVE and Dollie E (nee SMITH) HARGRAVE BAMBURG; his siblings – McAllister (Mack) Jr and Iris Arlene PRICE. His parents and siblings are all deceased; looking for next generation.
