Here is a link to the story of John Feckter, SON of Jacob and Elizabeth (Becker) Feckter –

Elizabeth came to the US as a widow (not with her husband) and remarried. Her son named for the elder Feckter, Jacob, came to the US in Sept. of 1896. Naturalization paper for Jacob linked from page above. Also can find passenger listing at Ellis Island website.

Those mentioned in the above linked story are buried in Calvary Cemetery in North St. Louis and their locations are at the bottom of the above linked page.

There were/are many Weisskirchen’s, meaning White Church, in Austria and the Empire as it existed back then. Because of it’s wine history and that of the Becker family, I tend to focus on Bela Crkva as the best bet.
