I came across a grave for "Saphronia wife of Joseph B Banton died Aug 21 1849 aged 38 years" located in the Lakeside Cemetery, Hamlin, Monroe County, NY. I didn't see another stone nearby that would look like her husband, although there are many old, unreadable stones in the area. I have a photo if anyone wants it.
