Hi Mark,

I only recently found my connection to this family. My 2nd g grandmother Ann Lukey (1786-1851) was a 1st cousin 1x removed of Philip Lukey Mark, Elisha's father. She was born in Cornwall and died in Devon. I have seen your other post about the two sets of four brothers who came from Cornwall and that is what led me to make the connection.

I was born in England and came to Canada in 1948 and now live near Port Perry. Today I visited the cemetery at the Little Britain United Church. I have been doing family research since 1979 and it has always invoved, pre-Internet, trips to England. It is a pleasant change to take a short drive to family places.
