Barbary surname in GA 1820s ?

Surnames: Barbary, Church, Crouch, Ray
My ancestor was Jane Church or Crouch who was boen 1807-1810 in Ga and married Solomon Ray in 1829 in Henry co Ga. They named one of their children Barbary so maybe one of Jane's parents or grandparents last name was Barbary. Thanks, Ross
