Dear Betty, Don't know if you're still watching the site - but if so: the Eli Thomas who married Irena Barber is my 2nd ggfather. He married a 2nd time Eliza Halliday, d/o William and Lurana. I have a fair bit of info on them, children etc, but have never found a death record for Eli. Would be glad to send you further information if you need it and appreciate any information re death of Eli you might have. Have just begun to look into the Barbers - have a transcript of a will of Benjamin Barber and still sorting out Ninian Homes Barber and Ninian Barber.
