I am trying to locate someone who knows who the father of Francis Champion Barber was. He married Nancy and they lived in the Hillards Island Boggy Creek area. She is buried on Hillards Isand road and he is buried at Fort Christmas. Any information would be greatley appreciated. I am told his father was Mose Edward and his mother was Marie Alvarez but I wold like to know if this is documented or written anywhere. Thanks.
