This is pretty much all of the info. I have on my family and I was hoping that someone would have more that I could add to it.
Johann Barbier (it is believed that the 'r' was used only in the German colony in Hungary and that the name was Barbie only in Alsace-Lorraine, France).
Johann was married to Barbara (Hector) Barbier and no birth date is known. She died at the age of 86 in Ohston, Hungary.

Johann Barbier born 6/1/1845 in Ohston, Hungary. He came to Hebron, ND (by way of Baltimore) in 6/18/1898 to homestead prospect near Richardton, ND. When he came to the U.S. he changed his last name to Barbie. He died at the age of 59 on 4/14/1905 on this location (SW 1/4 Section 14 T 137 Nof Range 92 W of 5th P.M.) Buried at St. Stephen's Cemetary to west.
His family came over on the German ship, Dresden.
Johann Barbier ahd married Karalina (Hautin or Kautin) Barbie in 1872. When Karalina came to the U.S. she changed her first name to Carolina. She was born in 1855 in Gattlab, Hungary and died at the age of 28 on April 4, 1844 in Ernesthaza, Hungary.

Anna Barbie died in infancy was born in Ernesthaza, Hungary.
Elizabeth Barbie died at the age of 5 was born in Ernesthaza, Hungary.
John Barbie died at the age of 4 or 5 was born in Ernesthaza, Hungary.
Eva (Barbie) Henlein born on Sept. 20, 1875 in Ernesthaza, Hungary. She arrived in Hebron, ND on 6/18/1898 and went to Richardton, ND soon after. She homesteaded at S.E. 1/4 Sec. 14 T137 N of range 92 W. of P.M. 5 . She came to Bismarck May 3, 1907 and died 8/2/1958.
Nicklause Barbie born 7/31/1881 in Hungary. He also went to Richardton on 6/18/1898. He came to Bismarck with his parents and the Henleins. He traveled to various places including Montana, New York City (for tailoring school) and back to Bismarck. He died in 1969 at the age of 88. He established a tailoring and haler dashery (a men's clothing store) and dry cleaning plant in Bismarck.
Johann Barbier remarried after his wife Carolina died. Johann maried Gertrude Forworth or Forwith Steinbeck Barbie was born on 4/29/1848 in Katherinefeld, Hungary and came to Hebron,ND on 6/18/1898; soon after she went to Richardton, ND and the homestead location. She came to Bismarck on 5/3/1907 and died on 4/15/1922 in Bismarck at the age of 74.

Anna Steinbeck Barbie no birth date. She came to the U.S. with her mother. She came to Bismarck before the rest of the family proabably by 1899 if not earlier. She married Andrew Bertch in Bismarck, ND.
John Barbie was born on 1/6/1887 in Ernesthaza, Hungary and died2/18/1938.

Johann and Gertrude, and Johann's two children Eva and Nickolaus from his first marriage, and Anna and John from the second marriage, all came to the U.S. in 1898 on a German ship called the Dresdan. All the ships had been confiscated by the U.S. and England at the end of WWI, but the Dresdan remained in the possession of the Germans.

John Barbie was 12 years old when he came to the the U.S. in 1898. At the beginning of WWI, the gov't of Hungary wrote to him to come back to Hungary and enlist in the army. He disregarded the letter. He came to Bismarck, ND to live in 1905 and married Magdalena Duppong in 1911 in Glen Ullin, ND. They were married in a double wedding ceremony with Magdalena's older brother Ferdinand Duppong and Anna Wagner. Not much is known about Magdalena's early years, but she and John knew each other in Hungary. If not then their families knew each other. Magdalenawas born on 1/20/1888 in Gross-Betschkerek, Hungary and died in LAA., Cal.on 5/7/1951. She lived there with her sons Edwin, Ernest, and Eugene from 1941 to 1951 when she died. She is buried at St. Mary's cemetary in Bismarck, ND beside her husband John.

Erwin was born on 5/4/1913 and died on 6/26/1996 in Bismarck, ND. Married Elizabeth Weisbeck Barbie.
Edwin was born on 9/4/1917 and died on 4/5/1995 in LAA., CA. He never married.
Ernest was born on 8/14/1921 and is currently living in Denver Coo. His wife's name is Mary.
Eugene was born on 2/10/1925 and is currently living in LAA., Ca. He never married.
