I am seeking information about Roseanne
Barbie. She married Abraham Rickman, he
was born about 1777 in Clover, VA. They had
a son Younge Bynum Rickman born Mar 18, 1818.

BARBIE*LIND of German Hungary to Cincinnati, OH USA

My great-grandmother Maria Magdalena (nee Barbie) Lind was born in Vojtek, Hungary-the "German" part (now Romania) as well as her siblings Vendell, Nicklaus (sp.), Steve (sp.) and Mihaly/Michael.

She and Vendell came over to the USA in 1906 + 1907 with her husband John Lind, who was born in Sachg (sp.) also the "German" area, and his brother Ferencz/Frank Lind and settled in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Her family was originally from Alsace-Lorraine, and John Lind was of German-Swedish ancestry.
