Barboursville is not that far from there. My Great Grandfather was named Charles A. Barbour. He had a son that he named Charles. Charles mardried Evelyn Green and they had son and named him Charles Raymond Barbour, my father. They moved to Washington D.C. and stayed until they retired
They returned to VA and stayed until their death. I don't know if we are related.
My room mate in Collage was also a Barbour. She was from Charlottesville Va. He was once a mayor there. His name was Charles Barbour
