Hopefully this is better late than never, but my grandmother was Katherine (Falvey) Barcomb. I never met her as she died before I was born. It is my understanding that she disappeared in the woods in Mountain View, NY in 1966 and was presumed dead. I wish I knew more - I'm sure you could look up newspaper articles about it from the Malone Telegram. I'd appreciate it if you, or anyone else, could tell me anything more about her. Thank you.
