Hannah was my ggggrandmother's name. When I was a kid my Dad took me to NYC to meet with his ggaunts. I don't remember their names, but they looked white. Many of the family members "passed" because they looked white. He had 2 families who all lived on the same property. White wife and Black "wife" He married off the girls because they looked white.
