Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.<br>He was born Nov. 9, 1972, in New York City, the son of David and Frances (Lyons) Barish.<br>Philip had been a member of the Pathfinder Village (Otsego School, Inc.) family since he was 3 months old.<br>Philip attended Hartwick Day Treatment, Hartwick. He enjoyed spending his leisure time listening to music, and especially enjoyed his visits home with Sister Rose.<br>Philip is survived by his dear friend, Sister Rose Finnerty; his roommate, Marcel Futterman; his housemates, Ellen Ruda, Robert Currie and Andrew Werber; and the loving staff of his home at Summit House.<br>A memorial service will be held Thursday, Jan. 21, 1999, at 11 a.m. at Saint Theresa's Church, New Berlin, with Fr.
