WAPELLO, Iowa - Peggy Marie Barker-Gaskin, 43, formerly of New Liberty, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004 at the Wapello Nursing and Rehab Center in Wapello.
There will be no services for her. Her body was donated to the Deeded Body Program at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
The Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello provide the care and arrangement for her.
She was born Jan. 21, 1961 in Morrison, Ill., the daughter to Robert Lee and Patricia Ann Love Barker. She married Terry Gaskin, her companion of 27 years Feb. 22, 1994 in Tipton.
She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.
She enjoyed knitting and fishing.
She enjoyed her time with her children.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Gaskin, of New Liberty, one daughter, Penny Ann Barker of Muscatine; three sons, Robert Lee Barker of Rockwell City, Terry Mack Barker of Grandview, Jason Scott Barker of Mt. Pleasant, three granddaughters, Jena Marie Bartenhagen, Bristol Breann Bartenhagen and Dezyrea Clair Barker; one brother, Douglas Donald Barker of Clinton and one sister, Jane Johnson of Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
