I am trying to find information about my grandfather, Aaron Barkin d. 1955 in Chicago and his family. He was married to Sarah Kevelson in Brooklyn. They had two children, Miriam b. 1922, and Emanuel b. 1926 d. 1997.

Aaron Barkin came to the US from Russia(?) abour 1913 or so. He had a several brothers, one was Ben sho changed surname to Rubin (long story). Ben married Ann and they had three children, Philip, Maish and Mary.

Aaron and Sarah moved to Joliet IL about 1920 or so where Miriam was born and back to Brooklyn in 1922 or 1923 where Emanuel was born, and then to Chicago about 1936.

Sarah Kevelson Barkin ldied in Chicago in 1984.

Any information would be appreciated.
