BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- Joseph William Barnard, 67, Bentonville, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004, at his home.

Services are at Rollins Funeral Chapel, Rogers, Ark. After the service, a reception will be held at the Springs Club House, Rogers. Cremation will follow.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to a charity of the donor's choice.

Mr. Barnard was born Dec. 24, 1936, in Kingston, Pa., the son of Samual and Angelina Coniglio Barnard.

He lived in the Bentonville area for 10 years. He is a U.S. Navy veteran.

He was a member of the Bella Vista Fly Tiers. He was an avid golfer and enjoy woodworking.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanne Barnard of Bentonville; and a son, William Joseph Barnard of Seattle, Wash.
