Janice Rae Barner, 61,
of 116 Pine St., Howard,pa,
died on Jan. 12, 2009 at Susque-View Home.

She was born in Lock Haven ,pa,
on Nov. 14, 1948,
a daughter of the late Calvin Stringfellow and Marjorie Allen.

Janice enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren
and spent her spare time at Atlantic City
and Salamanca, N.Y., She worked for Hammermill for 14 years until it closed.

Surviving are two sons, David G. Barner and Steven R. Barner Jr., both of Howard;
two brothers, James Stringfellow
and Keith Stringfellow, both of Mill Hall;pa,
two sisters, Kathy Stiver of Lock Haven,pa
and Joan Rine of Avis;
four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of services Thursday.
