Aaron Barnum and Barnum Family of Stratford, Conn

Surnames: Barnum, Chester
I am still looking for information on the family of Aaron Barnum who wife's name is Mary Ann(?) supposedly from Connecticut and daughter Mary Adeline (Abby) Barnum b.9 Feb 1840 Lockport, NY; m. 5 Apr 1864, Two Bridges, NY to Asa Franklin Chester (a descendent of Capt. Samuel Chester of Groton/New London, CT); d. 29 May 1929, Bonfield, Kankakee, Ill.
Also I purchased the genealogy titled "The Barnum Family of Stratford, Connecticut" The descendants of Thomas Barnum circa 1660-1780. This doesn't appear to link with my lineage, but if anybody out there could use it, just let me know.
