I am helping my Uncle trying to find his brothers and sisters. His father name was Elvin Barras and his mother was Connie Moore. Brothers and sisters names are from the oldest to the youngest William, Connie, Marie, Evelyn, Charles, Bennie, Sally, George, and Paul. They came from Louisiana but moved to Tenn.
