William Edward Barrett, married Agnes M Saunders of NY in 1898 but do not know where. Does anyone know of this couple? Agnes Mary Saunders Barrett is my husbands grandmother, her son Theodore F. Barrett is the stepson of William Edward and not sure if he was adopted or just took the Barrett surname. All have passed and cant' find any information.

James A. Barrett s/o John Wheten Barrett was born 1818 in Harrisburg, Pa according to his death certificate. His family were in Columbiana County, Oh in 1823-1828 and then in Beaver County, Pa around 1831 according to the births of John's other sons. Does anyone know of the Barrett family in or around Harrisburg?

Still researching my French BARRETT roots. My progenitor Joseph Barrette, a french soldier, came into NY, perhaps Saratoga County with his two sons Charles Lucius and Henry Joseph.

My g g grnd fthr Charles LUCIUS Barrett, born in 1789 in France , also in the French Army, remained to become an American citizen, settling in Boylston, NY.

He apparently served in the War of 1812 under the alais John Lee. Both his widow Abalina Jackson Gregory and his daughter Sarah Snyder filed for a pension in his name.

He was married to Murna Robertson. They had two children- My great grandmother Marie and her brother Lawrance.I have a letter from one of his brothers who had lived in Montana. Barretts from SC to MS

I am looking for information on M. M. Barrett born @1813-SC. He had one known brother, C.P. born 1817. Both went to MS. M.M. married a Mary 'Killingsworth?'born 1825-AL. They had several children in the 1840's all born in the Kemper/Neshoba/Itawamba co. areas. So far I have not been able to find the father/or family of M.M. & C.P. Any help will be appreciated

was Wiley Barrett also?My Wiley was William Barrett's
son who was the brother of your Wiley C. Barrett.I've
heard he might have also lived in Adair County.I do have
some information on our Barrett families.Do you live in
Adair County?I've also met some of our relatives and
visited in Laurel County.I write the ggranddaughter of

i just now got your message cause i came to this site and had changed email addys. i found my wiley c barrett he is my great great grandfather and i found his mother and father but no dates on them i know they all came from buncombe county northcarolina and thats where im resaerchingnow wiley c barrett was a sergeon in the civil was and a country doc and a baptist preacher his paretns werewillaims and malinda arrowood

Looking for info on my g g grandfather, Nathan Barrett, born circa 1845-1850, probably in Ohio. Also lived in WV. Possible that his wife was named Margaret, but have nothing to confirm that. His son, John Barrett, relocated to Pittsburgh and married Margaret (Maggie) Donley circa 1890. I have some unconfirmed info that Nathan's other children were Pearl, Leona, Harry and Errol, and there were possibly some others. Some of these children may have also relocated to Pittsburgh, Pa. (Allegheny Co.). Look forward to hearing from anyone who may be related and/or has additional info. Thanks.

Hi, Just found your message relating to Wiley Barrett in answer to a message posted by a cousin, Chris Mcferron. I am very curious. Our Wiley Barrett disappeared shortly after my grandfather's birth. He did have an Uncle Wiley C. Barrett that we have traced to Adair, Co., Ky.. Would appreciate any further info that you could provide. The uncle was married to Melvina Hart. Have hunch that your Wiley could be our Wiley.

d. 15 Nov 1989. James Barrett was her brother
b. 15 Oct 1904 d. Feb 1976. Their father was
