My greatgrandfather was John E Barry. He was born in Ireland in 1865 and came to USA in 1891. I know he got married in 1897 to Rose Kennedy and they lived in Rhode Island. Iam led to believe that he may have had a sister too who died because when I look at the 1900 census his niece, Louisa Norton was living with John and his wife. Louisa was born in Massachuttes which leads me to think that Johns sister must have lived in Mass at one time. John had 2 children Thomas and Mary. Also, John and his wife both died and orphaned the children.
