Prob. not much help to you yet -- but I have distant relatives: Nathan BARSKY (1884-1939) who married an Anna SIEBEL (SIEBELEWSKY) (1884-1974) of Elizavetgrad. They had children: Althea, Flora, Leon and Eugene. Also from Elizavetgrad were relatives POBER (POBERJESKY). One BARSKY mentioned having a BARSKY line of the family in Rhode Island, but the one si know are from the Bronx, NY.
