I am seeking information about my frandmother Goldie DUBIN, who was born in the Russian Empire (possibly Yelizavetgrad, Ukraine) 27 Sept. 1859. She married Samuel TORGAN(or TORGHAN), emigrated to USA via England. Lived in New Bedford, Mass, East Providence, RI. and died 17 Sept. 1943 in Providence,RI. She had relatives named BARSKY in Worcester, Mass. I would like information about those relatives.
