Todd,
I have seen a couple of your message posts regarding (Albrecht) Albert Edward Barthel. You have him listed as a son of Frederick; his wife Anna (I think you mentioned); and his children as Theodore, Otto and Oliver (a daughter who may have died at birth).
You have your information mixed with 2 or more families. Albert Edward Barthel is the name of a great uncle of mine. He was married 3 times and had 7 children (none of whom are Theodore, Otto, Oliver).
There is, however, an Albrecht E Barthel that was listed in a Detroit City Directory (year unknown)....you may want to check there.
