I am currently working on a free online edition of Bartram Branches, the 1984 book I co-authored with the late Vi Bartram.

In the course of updating my records, I have discovered that Jane Bartram Adkins Cole (or Gincy) (1804-1875) was not named Nancy Jane as I had been told. There was a younger sister Nancy, b. Dec 1811 to John P. & Mary Davis Bartram. Nancy married Benjamin Brown in 1827 in Cabell WV and moved to Lawrence Co., OH where she gave birth to 15 children and died at nearly 90 sometime after 1900.
