      <title>Bass &amp;gt; Smith Connections</title>

      <description>Looking for information on Frances W, Smith v. about 1785 who married Benjamin Jordan Bass aldo b. about 1784 or 1785.  For the past year I have been looking for info on Frabkie &amp;amp;Frances) Bass who married William Dinwiddie in Allen County KY in 1816 at the age of 31.  I have found no Frances with the maiden name of Bass, so can only think that at her age she must have been married prior to the Dinwiddie marriage.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tonight I found a Benjamin JORDAN bASS WHO WAS MARRED TO A fRANCES sMITH.  tHEY WERE BOTH BORN IN va WHICH LINES UP WITH WHAT i KNOW IS TRUE OF MY GGG GRANDMOTHER AS WELL AS THE BIRTH YEAR.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;iF ANYONE CAN SHED ANY LIGHT ON THIS PLASE EMAIL ME AT &lt;a href="mailto://OREGONWILDFLOWER@AO.COM"&gt;OREGONWILDFLOWER@AO.COM&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also should mention that I found this info on a slave schedule which would correspond with some of the darker complexions in my father;s side of the family.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am legally blind so please excuse aby typos.</description>

      <description>There are some photographs with names, dates, and/or places indicated on them, for sale at the store listed at the end of this post. The store is located in Weston, Missouri, and the photos are from midwestern regions, for the most part. Sizes are small to large, and dates seem to be 1870s-1890s, for the most part. The prices range from $1 to $10, I think, but the owner will assist you if you contact him directly. I am posting this on several surname and regional boards, so I apologize if you see this in more than one place. I do not know if the people mentioned below are related to others on this list, but if they are, that is why I list them all together, in no particular order. I am not related to anyone on this list, and I will not be able to go to the store for you. I happened to be there on a day trip.       <description>Jan. 16, 1922-March 22, 2003&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Joseph Basa, 81, of San Diego died Saturday. He was born in Cavite City, Philippines, and was a retired chief marine engineer.  Survivors include his daughters, Teresita Khan and Ermelinda Salazar; sons, Rynaldo, Filemon and Joelito; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  Private services were planned.  Arrangements: Bayview Cremation &amp;amp; Burial Services.  Published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on 3/28/2003. (volunteer submission) &lt;br&gt;</description>
