I finally made my personal trip to Bash Cemetery on August 14, 2010. At that time it was being attended. The extended Christian Lauffer family (which includes Bash) has taken on some responsibility for regular cemetery upkeep. There are Lauffer's buried there.

The cemetery is not difficult to find, but parking is a problem. Roadside parking is dangerous. The plans for cemetery upkeep includes some off-road access and parking.

On the day I was there, Martin Bash's grave included a metal Revolutionary War marker and American flag.

I would be happy to share additional information to anyone interested.

I also visited St. James Lutheran Church Cemetery for the Bash graves there.
