Searching for information about Cynthia Basil, author of childrens books, probably born in Maryland, lived in New York, died prior to 2000. I cannot find her in the social security index. She is related to Andreas Zillinger Holley, although in what capacity I am not sure. I believe she was living in New York City when she died. Any information is helpful.
